Complaints procedure at Dentist Health Center Amsterdamse Bos
At Dentist Health Center Amsterdamse Bos, we strive to provide you with the best possible care and service. Yet it may happen that you are not satisfied with something. We find it important that you share this with us, so together we can come to a solution and continue to improve our care.
Step 1: Discuss your complaint with us
Do you have a complaint? We would appreciate it if you let us know. You can discuss your feedback with your attending dentist or one of our other staff members. Together we will take the time to discuss your concerns and find a solution. Often misunderstandings can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily this way.
Step 2: Independent complaint officer
Are you unable to come to an agreement with us? Then you can submit your complaint to an independent complaints officer through our professional organization, the KNMT (Royal Dutch Dental Association). This official offers free support in filing and resolving your complaint. Their goal is to find a solution acceptable to both parties.
Step 3: Oral health care dispute body
If even the mediation of the complaints officer does not lead to a satisfactory result, you can submit your complaint to the Dispute Resolution Authority Mondzorg. This independent body handles complaints in a legal manner and makes a binding decision. This will definitively settle your complaint.
